Supplementals for the study: Effects of an Intensive Lifestyle Intervention on Bone Turnover in Persons with Type 2 Diabetes. The aim is to investigate the effects of exercise-based lifestyle interventions on bone turnover and bone mineral density in persons with type 2 diabetes. The study is a sub-study based on data from the U-TURN study. The statistical analysis plan was finalized prior to commencing any statistical analyses. Here we present the directed acyclic graph and flow chart from the study.

Statistical Analysis Plan for the InterWalk Trial
A statistical analysis plan (SAP) for the parallel-group, assessor-blinded, randomized InterWalk trial, aiming to investigate the long-term effectiveness of smartphone app-delivered interval walking training on physical activity among individuals with type 2 diabetes. The SAP includes a description of the objectives of the study; details related to the study methods and population; pre-specified outcome definitions; a description of the statistical analysis methods; and an anticipated outline of the manuscript, including figure and table templates. The SAP was finished and uploaded to this webpage before commencing any statistical analyses.

Statistical Analysis Plan for Bicycling and Diabetes
A statistical analysis plan (SAP) for a prospective cohort study aiming at investigating the association between bicycling and all-cause mortality among persons with diabetes. The study is a sub-study of the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition (EPIC). The SAP presents pre-specified outcome descriptions, details about the study design and population as well as a detailed description of the statistical analyses and templates for tables and figures for the final report. The SAP was finalized prior to commencing any statistical analyses.
